Carla Pileggi Caviola, LPC, LMHC, LMHC-FL, is an Integrative Psychotherapist, Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker with over 17 years of experience supporting individuals through deep personal growth & transformation. Carla is licensed counselor in CT, NY & FL States. She is excited to bring her integrative, culturally sensitive & evidenced based approach to each client.

Carla is trilingual (English, Spanish, Portuguese speaking) and is passionate about working with clients from various backgrounds and cultures.

She is the Founder of Elyon Professional Counseling LLC & a Founding Board Member of Postpartum Support International - Connecticut Chapter. In addition Carla provides Consultation for the Barbara C. Gutin Pre & Postpartum Program, at Baptist Health South Florida, at Boca Regional Hospital.

Carla has dedicated her career to helping adults, couples, and families navigate perinatal mental health, life transitions, general mental health, work issues, relationship issues, trauma, loss & grief. Her therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, client-centered and grounded in a blend of evidence-based methods including CBT, DBT, family systems, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), psycho-spiritual and integrative nutrition for mental health. In addition, she supports clients dealing with life stressors including personal, professional & leadership related issues.
She holds a master’s degree from the Alliance Graduate School of Counseling and is a (John C.) Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Trainer & Speaker.

Besides her clinical work as a counselor and clinical supervisor, she Co-Founded Wave Riders Global LLP, where she offers consulting, training & speaking events to nonprofits, corporations & specialty groups.

In 2024, Carla launched the podcast “What You Need to Know, with Carla Pileggi Caviola.” Her heart is to educate and empower parents during pregnancy & the postpartum periods, so they can quickly move towards health & wellbeing.
